We are Mark and Nadine and we live in beautiful Les Carroz. We have always worked with food and people in hospitality and we started with cooking for our friends in Les Carroz and the Giffre Valley. Then the word got out that our food is delicious and more people ordered from us. In June 2020, we decided to make Le Fait Maison a business and we started going to local markets to sell our food to locals and tourists. One year on, we have an established business and we are offering on-line ordering, home deliveries and you can find as at the Les Carroz and Samoëns market. We loved the journey Le Fait Maison has taken us and we thank our customers for regular orders and their feedback. We cook in our professional kitchen in our chalet and Mark is a trained chef. Mark trained for 2 years at the Culinary Institute of America in New York and we both went to the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland.
